Randi is an experienced operations professional with nearly a decade of experience helping leadership teams build the systems, processes, and infrastructure needed to operate effectively and scale with intention. An Arkansas native, she brings a diverse background in legal and professional services, with experience spanning operations, process improvement, compliance, finance, human resources, technology, and vendor management. She is passionate about bringing structure to complexity, solving problems, and finding thoughtful, practical ways to help teams work better.
