Paul E. Rice

Trial Attorney and Litigator

Paul E. Rice has served as a trial attorney and litigator for over 40 years and as a principal at several small and medium-sized firms before practicing as a solo practitioner in the latter part of his career.

He handled a wide variety of cases in State, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts, including business, real estate, and intellectual property disputes.  

He has tried over 45 cases to completion, both jury and non-jury. He also handled numerous binding arbitrations and served as a mediator and arbitrator.

His client base was broad and varied, ranging from individuals and small businesses to large, multi-national publicly traded business entities.  He also served as an expert witness in several attorney malpractice cases.
