Kristen is the founder and managing attorney of KK Legal & Advisory Services, a law firm dedicated to advising businesses in highly-regulated industries and emerging markets. Guided by Kristen’s leadership, KK Legal & Advisory Services is proud to serve a diverse client base, offering strategic legal counsel, regulatory compliance expertise, and business advisory services across multiple sectors.
Kristen oversees a corporate and transactional practice dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and growing businesses from inception through exit. She advises on a range of corporate and operational matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property maintenance and enforcement, and regulatory compliance. Kristen’s transactional experience is highly regarded, where she previously served as in-house corporate counsel for STIIIZY, the nation’s top-selling cannabis brand and closed transactions valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Cultivated through her in-house experience, Clients greatly appreciate Kristen’s entrepreneurial mindset for its practical approach.
Outside of work, Kristen loves traveling to coastal destinations around the world with her husband and king charles cavalier puppy.
