Business Transactional Attorney

Catherine (Cat) Mineo is an accomplished business transactional, trademark, and regulatory compliance attorney, advising companies on protecting their brands, assets, and structuring their operations for growth. 

She has extensive experience managing trademark portfolios, securing USPTO and California trademark registrations, and enforcing intellectual property rights through strategic brand protection initiatives. In her transactional practice, Cat counsels businesses and non-profits on corporate formation and structuring, regulatory compliance, contract and acquisition negotiations, real property transactions, and business escrows. 

Beyond her legal practice, Cat is deeply committed to community service, serving as a Board Member for Legal Services for Seniors and the Independent Transportation Network, where she also volunteers as a driver. She supports homeless youth through the Youth Assistance Coalition’s Grants Team and mentors aspiring attorneys in the Monterey College of Law First-Generation Law Student Program.
